Huawei ranks first in value of 1.1 trillion, BYD is fourth, and Xiaomi is fifth in China’s top 100 consumer private enterprises: Hurun reported

On March 23, Hurun Research Institute launched the ‘2021 Shuyun·Hurun Top 100 Consumer Private Enterprises in China’ that is ranked according to the market value or valuation of enterprises.

The list shows that Huawei has become the most valuable private enterprise in China’s big consumer sector with a value of 1.1 trillion yuan, Midea ranked second with a value of 580 billion yuan, Haitian ranked third with a value of 500 billion yuan.

And BYD ranked No. with a value of 490 billion yuan. Fourth, Xiaomi ranked fifth with a value of 460 billion yuan, with Weilai, Nongfu Spring, Gree, Great Wall, and Anta in the top ten in turn.

The total value of the three major industries including mobile phones, automobiles, and home appliances accounts for more than 50% of the top 100 companies. 24 companies are worth more than 100 billion yuan.
