Recently, Developer Freak07 launched a new Kirisakura kernel that permits ROG gaming phone 2 and ROG gaming phone 3 to unlock a higher refresh rate.
As reported, the official default maximum refresh rate of ROG Game Phone 2 is 120Hz, while Kirisakura v3.2.0 kernel can increase the refresh rate to 144 Hz.
The official default maximum refresh rate of ROG Game Phone 3 is 144Hz. Users need to unlock the hidden 160 Hz option first and then flash the Kirisakura v2.1.1 kernel to unlock 165Hz.
ROG Game Phone 3 officially hides the 160Hz refresh rate option by default that can be unlocked through the ADB command. The screen refresh rate of the mobile phone may cause the phone to malfunction, please use it with caution.
