Microsoft announced launch of Auto Fix automatic alignment function for PowerPoint
Microsoft declared the release of the Auto Fix automatic alignment function for PowerPoint. This new function utilizes AI artificial intelligence technology to automatically adjust the size and position of elements such as graphics and arrows with one click.
The new tool is located in the Start tab. In the arrangement tool, users only need to hold down the Ctrl key or drag the mouse to select multiple elements to be arranged and click the “Auto Fix” button to complete the automatic layout.
Microsoft says the feature currently temporarily does not support SmartArt graphics, combined with the elements and overlapping graphics. If the graphic position exceeds the page, the automatic alignment function will pop up an error message.
The Auto-Fix function is temporarily only available to 10% of internal beta users. Microsoft said it will push it to all users in the short term. It should be noted that the Auto-Fix function requires to be connected to the Internet to use it.
