In the recent version update of Outlook on Android, the “Suggested times” function has been added to help users arrange meetings properly. At the Ignite conference held last month, Microsoft announced that it would launch the “Suggested times” feature for all business and educational users. It is designed to make it easier for users to find the best meeting time for everyone.

This feature uses artificial intelligence to check the availability of invited meeting participants and then suggests different time periods. These suggestions are made in consideration of the existing commitments, preferences, and priorities of the meeting host.
If the people in the meeting cannot participate in the meeting, the app will also help them reschedule their previous promises.
Microsoft explained: “If Outlook cannot find a suitable schedule for everyone, it will advise your attendees to have free time. You may move or skip another event to adapt. If you decide to schedule the meeting on another promise And Outlook will assist you in rescheduling the conflicting time.”
