Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 to feature 3300mAh battery, reveals multiple certificates
Samsung has recently unveiled its new generations of S-series devices. As per the schedule, the company was expected to launch the Galaxy Note 21 in the second half of the year. While the South Korean tech giant has also confirmed that it won’t launch any Note phone at least for this year.
Aside from this, the Korean tech giant is preparing to unveil new foldable smartphones in the third quarter that could be the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 2. As we’re months away from the launching of these foldable phones, but there are some certifications that surfaced online revealed the battery capacity of the upcoming clamshell-type model.
According to the latest information, three regulatory agencies including 3C, SafetyKorea, and DEKRA have recently published some approved applications, which hints that the next Galaxy Z Flip phone will have a dual battery system, same as the first-gen Galaxy Z Flip.

Moreover, the rated capacity of the main battery unit is 2300mAh and the typical capacity is 2370mAh. On the other hand, the secondary battery has a rated capacity of 903mAh, which is paired with the first one. It means the so-called Galaxy Z Flip 2 will have a combined battery capacity of nearly 3300mAh, which is quite smaller compared to the recent trend.
Previous reports reveal that the Galaxy Z Flip 2/3 will feature several design upgrades over its predecessor. Furthermore, it will have a 120Hz refresh rate display, the latest system-on-chip, and more.
