Huawei has announced the imminent release of an updated inexpensive MatePad tablet in Russia. In February, an updated version of the MatePad reached Russian users – the tablet received a new Kirin 820 5G SoC instead of the previous Kirin 810 SoC, increased memory capacity, fast battery charging, and Wi-Fi 6 support. Now an updated version with 64 GB of flash memory (Wi-Fi) becomes available – at a suggested retail price of 23,990 rubles.
The tablet offers support for the M-Pencil stylus, four speakers, a 10.4-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 pixels, two 8MP cameras, a 7,250mAh battery with 22.5W charging. Battery life is 12.5 hours in Full HD video playback mode.
