NASA Perseverance has been busy taking pictures of itself on Mars, and now it allows everyone to see a complete picture. On Wednesday, local time, NASA released a full-body selfie showing the probe and its Mars companion, the Ingenuity helicopter.
This photo highlights the Mars rover and this ingenious small experimental helicopter. The probe, which landed in mid-February, still looks very clean, and the helicopter is preparing for its first test flight before Sunday.
It is understood that the detector used a Watson camera mounted on the robotic arm to take 62 selfie photos. The photo marathon started on April 6.

The Perseverance team posted a slightly different animation on Twitter, which showed the rover’s “head” turning from Ingenuity to the camera and looking at the latter.
Last weekend, Perseverance landed this original helicopter on the ground and will watch its brave attempt on another planet-the first powered and controlled flight.
At that time, NASA hopes to receive the flight images and engineering data of the rotorcraft. Now this selfie is a proper tribute to the two machines that started pioneering work on Mars.
