Huawei releases MateBook D 16 with a 16.1-inch display, AMD processor, and more

The company presented an updated version of the Huawei MateBook D 16 laptop, which is based on the AMD Ryzen 7 4800H processor. Earlier, such a laptop based on AMD Ryzen 5 4600H appeared in Russia.

Huawei Matebook 16 received a case with dimensions of 369 x 234 x 18.4 mm, IPS-display with a diagonal of 16.1 inches, a resolution of 1920 x 1080 with minimal frames. The screen is characterized by angles of 170 degrees, a density of 137 pixels per inch, a maximum brightness of 300 cd / m 2, and 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color gamut. The laptop is 18.4 mm thick and weighs 1.74 kg.

The AMD Ryzen 7 4800H processor can run at up to 4.2 GHz, and the laptop is equipped with an integrated AMD Radeon GPU. He got up to 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB solid-state drive, as well as a Wi-Fi 6 module. The fingerprint sensor is built into the power button.

The “Multiscreen” function allows owners of Huawei smartphones to display the contents of the smartphone screen on the laptop display. The laptop received two speakers with a power of 2 W each. Comes with a 65-watt charger. In 15 minutes you can charge your laptop for two hours of use. The Huawei MateBook D 16 can reverse charge-compatible devices even when turned off.

The MateBook 16 is currently only available in select markets for around $ 1,069. In Russia, sales will start soon.
