Inspur launched new M6 server based on Intel’s third-gen Xeon Scalable processor
Inspur has recently introduced a new M6 server globally that supports Intel’s third-generation Xeon scalable processor. Inspur’s new M6 server is designed for the needs of the smart era and covers 16 products for cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and other application scenarios.
The new M6 server has the four major characteristics of extreme, lean, security, and openness. It is in the industry’s leading position in terms of deployment density, peak performance, hardware decoupling, and process quality, and its performance is improved 46% compared to the previous generation.
For video online processing application scenarios, the video processing capability of the whole machine is increased by 30%. The overall storage density is increased by 3 times, and the IOPS capacity is increased by 3.2 times.
