Microsoft officially announced that it has released an early preview version of the OneDrive 64-bit version of the Windows client. This is the first 64-bit version of OneDrive for Windows since its release in 2014. It will be faster than the 32- bit version. The version provides better performance and higher efficiency of large file synchronization.
The 64-bit version of OneDrive only supports the 64-bit version of Windows, while Win10 ARM only supports the 32-bit version of OneDrive, and the 64-bit version of OneDrive takes up more memory.

Microsoft said that the 64-bit version has little difference in experience for ordinary users. The main difference is that the 64-bit version of OneDrive can provide better performance when synchronizing large files larger than GB.
