As per the report, the battery capacity of the Galaxy Z Fold 3, which is expected to be released by Samsung Electronics in the second half, is reported to be 4380mAh. Compared to the previous game, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 (4500mAh), it is about 3% less. It has the same capacity as the Galaxy Z Fold 1, the first foldable phone released in 2019. As the battery capacity of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 decreases, the size and weight are also expected to change. When the Galaxy Z Fold 1 is unfolded, it measures 117.9 x 160.9 mm (horizontal and vertical) and weighs 276 grams. In the case of the Galaxy Z Fold 2, with the battery capacity increased to 4500mAh, the weight increased to 282g at 128.2×159.2mm.
The main display size is expected to be reduced to 7.5 inches. The cover display is also expected to be 6.2 inches. It is wider than the Galaxy Z Fold 1 (7.3 inches, 4.6 inches), but the size is expected to remain the same. A zero bezel with almost no upper and lower edges can also be applied.
Samsung Electronics’ new foldable phones, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 2, are expected to be unveiled in July as early as possible.
