Samsung has been promoting its M-series devices in India as these are becoming popular in the country. Moving further, the company is also planning to introduce a new smartphone that is Galaxy M42 5G in the Indian market.
Ahead of an official announcement, a tipster revealed that the Korean phone maker will announce the Galaxy M42 5G in India at the end of this month. Moreover, the same source also claimed that this device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750G chipset, just like the Galaxy A42 5G.
Aside from this, the M42 5G is likely to sport a large sAMOLED display, quad rear camera setup including a 64MP primary lens, 128GB base memory variant, and a massive 6000mAh battery as well.

As mentioned above, the Galaxy M42 5G could be a rebadged variant of the previously launched Galaxy A42 5G. And we can expect this model will feature a 6.6″ HD+ Super AMOLED display, 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage alongside microSD card expansion and pre-installed Android 11-based One UI 3.1.
