Alphacool expanded its large size radiator range with four models
Alphacool has expanded its large size radiator range with four models. The first two 86 mm radiators are compatible with 180 or 200 mm fans. They belong to the NexXxoS Monsta family. The 200 mm model is designed for one fan, the 400 mm model for two.
Each of them has seven standard G1 / 4 “ports. Six of them are intended for connection to other components of the LSS, and the seventh can only be used to fill the radiator with coolant, drain it or remove air from the radiator.

Compared to the previous models of the series, the density of the fins reduced from 16 ribs per inch to 12, which allows the use of fans with lower static pressure and running at lower RPMs.
The UT60 Nova 1080 Radiator is a thicker version of the XT45 Nova 1080 radiator. In terms of surface area, it is comparable to three 360 UT60 radiators. This heatsink is designed for nine fans and can dissipate over 1000W of thermal power, covering the needs of the latest 64-core AMD Threadripper processor and at least two GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards.
Finally, the XT45 Quad heatsink accommodates eight 120mm or 140mm fans, with four on each side. This corresponds to the cooling capacity of two conventional radiators with a length of 280 mm or one with a length of 560 mm.
All the cooling parts of the radiators are made of copper, and the threaded elements are made of brass, as copper is too soft for this. Steel is only used for side panels and fasteners.
