Samsung Galaxy A52 5G to launch soon in India as it bags BIS certification
Samsung held its second Galaxy Unpacked event of the year called the “Galaxy Awesome Unpacked”. At this event, the company launched the Galaxy A52, A52 5G, and Galaxy A72 models, which come with a handful of high-profile features.
Following the announcement, Samsung has also unveiled the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 in the Indian market. However, it has only unveiled the 4G variant of the Galaxy A52 due to unknown reasons. Meanwhile, it looks like the company preparing to ship the 5G version of the Galaxy A52 as it just cleared the BIS certification.

According to the BIS listing, the Galaxy A52 5G bears model number SM-A526B/DS. Other than the model number, the document doesn’t reveal more details about this handset. However, it is already live in various markets and expected to come with the same specs and design in India too.

The Galaxy A52 units equip a quad rear camera setup including a 64MP main lens with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro camera, plus, it has a 32MP camera on the front for selfies.
On the front, the Galaxy A52 5G sports a 6.5″ sAMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate while the 4G variant has a 90Hz screen. It is powered by Snapdragon 750G processor for powerful performance and comes packed with a long-lasting 4500mAh battery with up to 15W fast charging.
