Ziguang Zhanrui will hold a conference on April 20 to announce the progress of 6nm 5G Huben T7520 chip

The Ziguang Zhanrui Creative Future Conference will be held online at 14:00 on April 20. At the conference, the company’s operations in 2020 will be announced, as well as the latest developments in 6nm 5G chips.

In addition, the exhibition will also announce the depth distribution planning 5G areas, business planning date, and so on. Ziguang Zhanrui’s upcoming 6nm process chip is Huben T7520.

It has been previously announced that this chip will be listed in March ahead of schedule. This chip was released on February 26, 2020, using the 6nm EUV process for the first time.

Besides, the chip will consist of 4 Arm Cortex-A76 cores, 4 Arm Cortex-A55 cores, and Arm Mali-G57 GPU, and the performance is expected to be the same as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 series.

Furthermore, the chip will support SA/NSA dual-mode 5G and dual-card dual 5G VoNR. Compared with the previous generation, the overall power consumption of the chip will be reduced by 35%, and the transistor density will be increased by 18%. In addition, the chip will have AI computing capabilities, equipped with a 4-core ISP image processing unit, and support a 100-megapixel camera.
