ASRock launched RX 6900 XT OC Formula GPU, with a maximum frequency of 2475MHz
On April 16, ASRock launched an RX 6900 XT OC Formula graphics card that utilizes a non-public version design and provides an overclocked BIOS by default, with a maximum frequency of up to 2475MHz.
This graphics card has 16GB of GDDR6 video memory and a bit width of 256-bit. The GPU core adopts the RDNA2 architecture and has 5120 stream processors. This ASRock graphics card has a P and Q dual BIOS design, providing different default frequencies.
The frequency can reach 2475/ 2295 MHz in P BIOS mode, and 2365/ 2165 MHz in Q BIOS. This graphics card utilizes 7 heat pipes to give heat dissipation, and the close-fitting design can maximize the GPU core heat dissipation effect.
The heat pipe and the fin are welded to improve the thermal conductivity. The graphics card also gives heat dissipation for the power supply module and video memory and has a thermal paste to help dissipate heat.
Additionally, nano-scale thermal grease is used between the GPU core and the heat sink. This ASRock graphics card has three 8-pin power ports, using 90A high-efficiency inductors, Dr. MOS, and Japanese Nichicon 12K black gold capacitors to ensure higher stability and overclocking capabilities.
The PCB version of the graphics card uses a 2 ounce rear copper foil, which can cool down and have higher energy efficiency. This graphics card has three striped axial fans, which can be completely stopped in a low load environment to achieve a silent effect.
ASRock RX 6900 XT OC Formula graphics card has 3 x DP 1.4 ports, an HDMI 2.1 interface, supports 8K resolution video output, and DirectX optical tracking function. The official price of the graphics card has not yet been announced. The reference price of the RX 6900 XT public graphics card is 10,999 yuan.
