Tesla China data center will be completed in Q2
On April 19, Tesla Vice President Tao Lin state in an interview with reporters at the 2021 Shanghai Auto Show that the Tesla China Data Center in Shanghai will be completed in the second quarter.
According to the reports, in the future, Tesla will also conduct vehicle research and development starting from zero in China, and do some product design and functional design based on the research of Chinese consumers, and sell them all over the world.

Tao Lin, Tesla’s global vice president, stated at a roundtable forum organized by the China Development and Reform Commission on April 13 that the data collected in China will basically be stored in China, and users are encouraged to use Tesla cars.
