Google Assistant has been released for many years, users need to say “Hey Google” to wake up when using it, and then they can use voice commands to operate.
As per the report, Google recently introduced a new function for the voice assistant, which can perform operations such as answering calls more quickly without waking up first.
This feature is called “Voice shortcuts” and is currently only available for some users. The user’s mobile phone system version needs to be Android 11, and the Google App version is 12.15.9.29.
When answering the phone or turning off the alarm clock, the user can directly call out the order that is more in line with the usage habits.
This feature is expected to be unveiled at the Google I/O conference to be held next month, and the feature code is “Guacamole”.
