Samsung mobile phones have many applications pre-installed, one of which is the Samsung Note. Although it is limited to the Android platform, especially Samsung phones, you can see the notes in Samsung Notes on Windows and other Samsung phones.

1. RESTART PHONE AND MODEM

2. SWITCH DATA

3. UPDATE SAMSUNG NOTES APP

6. ENABLE SYNCING ON MOBILE DATA
Usually, the app will only sync with Samsung Cloud via Wi-Fi. However, you can change the settings and you can also sync apps such as Samsung Note to mobile data. If your notes are not synced to mobile data, this setting should be responsible.
To enable the synchronization of mobile data, go to “Settings”> “Accounts and Backups”> “Samsung Cloud”> “Sync Apps”. Under Samsung Notes, click Use Sync. Select “Wi-Fi or Mobile Data”. Now go back and click Sync.
7. CLEAR CACHE
You should also try clearing cache for Samsung Cloud and Samsung Notes app. Clearing cache will not delete any of your unsynced data.
To clear cache for Samsung Cloud, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings followed by Apps.
Step 2: Tap on Samsung Cloud followed by Storage.
Step 3: Tap on Clear cache.
Step 4: Go back and look for Samsung Notes under the list of apps. Tap on it, followed by Storage > Clear cache.

8. CHECK SAMSUNG NOTES AND ONENOTE COMPATIBILITY
Samsung and Microsoft recently joined forces to enable users to view their Samsung Notes in the OneNote feed. The term “feed” is very important. Because Samsung Notes cannot be directly displayed as normal notes in the OneNote application. You can only see it in OneNote or Outlook feed, as shown below.
First, you must enable synchronization for Microsoft OneNote in the Samsung Note settings. You must also select the folders to be synced in the settings, and then customize the settings, such as using mobile data and Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi synchronization and syncing while roaming. After setting everything up correctly, click the “Sync” button.
Then open outlook.com using a browser and sign in with the same Microsoft account added in Samsung Notes. Click on the OneNote feed icon at the top.
You will see your Samsung notes. In case you do not see them, click on the Filter icon and select Samsung Notes.
9. RE-ADD MICROSOFT ACCOUNT
If only some notes from Samsung Note are displayed in the OneNote feed, you should add your Microsoft account again. To do this, go to “Settings” in the Samsung Notes app. Click “Sync” on Microsoft OneNote. On the next screen, click Exit. In the Samsung Note settings, click Sync on Microsoft OneNote, restart the phone and add the Microsoft account again.
10. LOG OUT FROM SAMSUNG ACCOUNT
Have you recently changed the password of your Samsung account or anything related to it? This may also be the reason why Samsung Notes cannot be synchronized. To resolve this issue, you must log out of your Samsung account and add it again.
