How to take a screenshot in Chrome’s Incognito mode?
For privacy reasons, Google Chrome does not allow users to take screenshots in incognito mode on Android smartphones. However, if you want to remove this restriction, you can easily do this for the browser.
In this step-by-step guide, we will show you that you can enable screenshots even when taking screenshots in incognito mode in the Chrome browser on your Android smartphone.
To allow screenshots of incognito tabs, we will have to use flags to change the settings of Chrome Android. Please note that the logo menu has experimental features, including features that we will use. This means that sometimes the feature may crash or not work, but this was not the case in our tests.
Step 1: Open Google Chrome on your Android smartphone.
Step 2: In the Chrome app, tap on the address bar and enter the following:
Step 3: Now, in the search bar at the top of the page, look for “Incognito Screenshot.”
Step 4: For the flag named “Incognito Screenshot,” click on the drop-down menu beneath it and select “Enabled.”
Now you will be asked to restart the Chrome app on your device for the change to take effect. Click the “Restart” button at the bottom and the app will reopen. Now you can take screenshots even in incognito mode.
