  • Firstly, turn off your phone.
  • After turning it off, you have to press the power button and volume up at the same time.
  • Within 4,5 seconds, installing the system update window will appear for a while.
  • After that 12 options will be shown in blue accent.
  •  Head to the factory reset and wipe data.
  • Click on the yes option and press the volume down button,
    Your phone will turn off automatically.
  • After 1 or 2 seconds, it will automatically turn on, you don’t have to do anything now.
  • Finally, you can start afresh by setting up the device without any password.
