WhatsApp recently launched a disappointing messaging feature that is expected for all its users in India. After enabling this feature, all emails you send will be deleted after 7 days. This applies to group chats and personal chats, but in the case of group chats, only the administrator can enable or disable this feature. After the message disappears after 7 days, its reply message will still be displayed in the chatbox.
Moreover, this feature does not apply to forwarded mail. If the disappearing message function is turned on, the media files will also be deleted after 7 days. If you turn on the automatic download option, you can still find these media files on your device.
Besides, this feature is now available for all Android, iOS, KaiOS users. Here is a quick guidebook on how you can enable this feature on Android and iOS devices.
