When you need to tell many people about sales, memos, or any other announcements, creating Emails over and over is not an easy task. The Email explosion makes the task easier, sending the same message to multiple addresses at the same time.
The best practice is to use the blind carbon copy field to enter multiple addresses, especially if you’re sending it to a set of people not introduced to each other. Using the BCC, each recipient will receive the Email, but their Email addresses won’t be exposed to anyone in the Email blast.
STEPS:
- Log in to Yahoo mail.
- Click “Compose Message.”
- Write the message you want to send.
- Click the “Add BCC” button to show the BCC field.
- Enter all the Email addresses under the BCC field and click “Send.”
