Zoom has many useful functions. One of the features is the ability to record meetings. Maybe you want to talk about something important and want to prove what everyone has said or hasn’t said. Recording a Zoom meeting is easier than it sounds.
Moreover, the only person that can record a meeting is the host. To get started, you’ll need to start a Zoom meeting to New Meeting.
STEPS:
- Once you’ve invited everyone to the Zoom meeting, you can start recording it by clicking on the Record button at the bottom.
- You can also use computer shortcuts such as Alt+R to record on your computer and Alt+C to record to the cloud.
- When you start recording, you’ll see a flashing red dot with control to the side at the top-left and where the Record button once was.
- For example, you’ll see control to stop or pause the recording. Whenever you stop or pause the meeting, you’ll also hear a voice telling you what you’ve done.
