STEPS:
- If you have already seen and confirmed that you are the administrator of the group open Telegram and enter that group.
- Then click on the group name at the top of the screen.
- You will see the list of group members.
- Click on the pencil icon at the top.
- You will see the group name, the type, and also other options from which you must choose “Permissions” which appears with a key icon.
- There is the slow mode.
- There you will see the time you set for each member to wait before sending the next message.
- Finally, to remove the slow mode you just have to slide the controller to where it says “No” and click on the v-shaped tick in the upper right part of the screen, so the changes will be saved.
