The processing power of the Apple iPhone is not enough to access websites as quickly as a normal computer, but there are some ways to increase your Internet browsing speed.
Having the fastest available speed is very important, especially when you use iPhone to perform business-related tasks. Connecting to a Wi-Fi network will almost always increase your speed, and clearing old browsing data will also help.
STEPS:
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network. Tap the “Settings” app on your iPhone’s main screen and scroll down to “Wi-Fi.”
- Tap the icon, select “On,” select a wireless network and then enter its password to connect.
- Clear your browsing history. Go back to the Settings app and scroll down to “Safari.”
- Tap the icon, scroll down and then tap the “Clear History” button. Repeat this on a regular basis to keep your browsing fast.
- Clear your cookies and browsing data. Tap the “Clear Cookies and Data” button in the Safari settings screen. Repeat this on a regular basis.
- Enable Web auto-fill. Tap the “AutoFill” button in the Safari settings screen and then move the two sliders on the page to the “On” setting.
- Web forms will now be filled with your information automatically, eliminating the need to type it in manually.
