According to the latest report, AMD released Radeon PRO Software for Enterprise 21.Q4. The new version of the driver improves Catia’s professional application performance and supports Blender 3.0.

・ Year-on-year performance improvement-Compared with last year’s 20.Q4 Radeon PRO Enterprise software driver, the latest version’s performance in Catia has increased by 44%, and the overall geometric average has increased by 23%.
・ Blender 3.0 support-Close technical cooperation with Blender, the latest drivers enable Cycles X updates in Blender 3.0 through the proven AMD GPU. Using the open-source AMD HIP API, AMD developed a new method to obtain Blender’s standard code for GPU acceleration and compile it for AMD devices.
・ AMD Super Resolution Sharpening Technology (FSR)-Cutting-edge upgrade technology enters the corporate space to help design professionals improve the performance of content creation workflows (such as real-time architectural rendering). The main architectural visualization software partners Lumion and ACCA Software are supporting FSR in their applications. More content is yet to be announced.
・ Frame Rate Target Control (FRTC)-FRTC can save energy and extend battery life by controlling power consumption.
・ Microsoft Windows 11– The Radeon PRO Software for Enterprise 21.Q4 has been tested and verified on Windows 11, providing access to the latest Windows features.
