It is reported that the new digital e-commerce platform promoted by Tata and Microsoft is a super application called “Neu”. The platform will compete with Amazon, Wal-Mart in India, and Flipkart, a local e-commerce company in India, and it will face more than 1 billion Indian consumers (the market is still expanding).

It is worth mentioning that, due to the “frequent” changes in Indian e-commerce market regulatory rules (especially for foreign investors such as China), the Neu e-commerce platform that Microsoft and Tata are cooperating with will definitely be postponed to go public.
