Before the two companies announced on Friday that they could not reach an agreement before the contract expires, users were told that they would no longer be able to access these channels, including ESPN, Disney, FX, and other Disney-owned programs.
“We are pleased to announce that after a brief interruption, we have reached a new distribution agreement with Google’s YouTube TV to continue operating our network portfolio.”
Disney said in a statement, “We thank Google for The cooperation has reached fair terms in line with the market. Our lineup of live sports, news, children, family, and general entertainment programs is being restored to YouTube TV users.”
