Reduce animation:
Some apps use a lot of animation while opening and processing that making the device slow and annoying. to make your user experience according to your need you can use Reduce animation feature.
Reduce animations decreases certain motion effects to smoothen the processing, such as when opening an app with exceptionally high graphics.
How to enable Reduce Animations:
Step1: Navigate to settings.
Step2: Click on Advance features.
Step3: Click on Reduce Animation.
Step4: Click on the Slider to enable the feature.

You can completely remove animations and effects from One UI
Step1: Navigate to settings.
Step2: Click on Accessibility.
Step3: Click on Visibility enhancements.
Step4: Click on Remove animations.
