“Find My” is an app and service provided by Apple Inc. to find lost devices. This feature allows you to connect your iOS devices so that you can find them in case they got lost.
The Find My app combines Find My iPhone and Find My Friends into a single app in the latest versions of iOS, iPad, and macOS.
To share your location you have to make sure that Share My Location is turned on. So that you can share your location with friends, family, and contacts from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in Find My.
You can also share your location in the Find People app on watchOS 6 or later with Apple Watch models that have GPS and cellular and are paired with your iPhone.
How to Set up location sharing:
Step1: Open the Find My app.
Step2: Tap Me at the bottom of the screen, then turn on Share My Location.
Step3: The device sharing your location appears below My Location.
Step4: If your iPhone isn’t currently sharing your location, scroll to the bottom, then tap Use This iPhone as My Location.
