In this article, we will tell you how to set up your Health profile on your iPhone.
The Health app helps you to gather your health data from your iPhone, Apple Watch, and apps that you already use, so you can monitor your health progress.
The Health app automatically counts your steps, walking, and running distances from your iPhone, but if you have an Apple Watch, then it will automatically track your activity data. You can also enter information into a Health category or get data from any of your favorite apps or devices that are compatible with Health.
How to set up your Health profile:
Step1: Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
Step2: Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
Step3: Tap Health Details, then tap Edit.
Step4: Add your information, like height, weight, and age.
Step5: Tap Done.
Step6: You can also set up your Medical ID or register to be an organ donor from your profile.
