What is a Sleep schedule?
The Sleep schedule helps to schedule your sleep time to help you to reach your sleeping goals. it helps you to wind down, and help reduce distractions while sleeping. You can also set up alarms to help wake you up on time.
How to change your next day’s sleep schedule:
You can make a temporary change to a sleep schedule.
Step1: Open the Health app.
Step2: Tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Sleep.
Step3: Scroll down to Your Schedule, then tap Edit (below Next).
Step4: Drag the Bedtime button to change your bedtime, the Wake button to change your wake-up time, or the semicircle between the icons to shift both times simultaneously.
Step5: Choose alarm options.

- When the Wake-Up Alarm is turned on, you can choose a sound, its volume, a vibration, and the snooze option.

Step6: Tap Done.
Note: You can also use the Clock app to change your next wake-up alarm.
After your next wake-up time, your normal schedule resumes.
