Changing your schedule and your Sleep Focus to begin before bedtime with Wind Down will help you to relax before sleep. You can use your iPhone for activities like reading or listening to music for relaxing. You can also select shortcuts for these activities from the Sleep Focus screen for quick access.

What is a Sleep schedule?

The Sleep schedule helps to schedule your sleep time to help you to reach your sleeping goals. it helps you to wind down, and help reduce distractions while sleeping. You can also set up alarms to help wake you up on time.

How to change your wind-down period and activities:

Step1: Open the Health app.

Step2: Tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Sleep.

Step3: Scroll down to Your Schedule, tap Full Schedule & Options, then do one of the following:

      • Change when to turn on your Sleep Focus before your scheduled bedtime: Tap Wind Down, then select several minutes or hours.
      • Add or remove an activity for winding down: Tap Wind Down Shortcuts, then tap Add Another Shortcut or the Remove Shortcut button.
