What is Sleep Focus?

Sleep Focus helps reduce distractions at bedtime. After you set a sleep schedule, Sleep Focus filters out notifications and phone calls, and it signals to others that you’re not available. A simplified Sleep Focus screen also replaces the Lock Screen during this time.

What is a Sleep schedule?

The Sleep schedule helps to schedule your sleep time to help you to reach your sleeping goals. it helps you to wind down, and help reduce distractions while sleeping. You can also set up alarms to help wake you up on time.

How to customize Sleep Focus options on iPhone:

In Health, you can choose to turn Sleep Focus on or off with your sleep schedule. You can also choose whether to show the Sleep Focus screen or the date and time on the Sleep Focus screen.

Step1: Tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Sleep.

Step2: Scroll down to Your Schedule, then tap Full Schedule & Options.

Step3: Choose Options you want to turn on/off.

Tip: Open Settings, then go to Focus, to further customize your Sleep Focus to allow interruptions by notifications important to you and phone calls from people important to you, choose whether to notify people during your Sleep Focus, and more.
