What is a Sleep schedule?
The Sleep schedule helps to schedule your sleep time to help you to reach your sleeping goals. it helps you to wind down, and help reduce distractions while sleeping. You can also set up alarms to help wake you up on time.
How to delete Sleep schedules:
Step1: Open the Health app.
Step2: Tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Sleep.
Step3: Scroll down to Your Schedule, then tap Full Schedule & Options.
Step4: Tap Edit for the schedule you want to remove.
Step5: Tap Delete Schedule (at the bottom of the screen).
Step6: Tap Done.
