What is the Apple Maps app?
Apple Maps is a web mapping service developed by Apple Inc. The default map system of iOS provides directions and estimated times of arrival for driving, walking, cycling, and public transportation navigation in your iPhone. You can view, share, and zoom in or out to see the details that you need.
How to save information about your favorite place in Maps:
You can save a place as one of your favorites, in one of your My Guides, and as one of your contacts.
Step1: Tap a place on a map or a search result in Maps.
Step2: Tap the More button (to the right of the directions button on the place card).
Step3: Then choose an option.
