What is the Apple Maps app?
Apple Maps is a web mapping service developed by Apple Inc. The default map system of iOS provides directions and estimated times of arrival for driving, walking, cycling, and public transportation navigation in your iPhone. You can view, share, and zoom in or out to see the details that you need.
How to view, share and save a guide in Maps:
Step1: Open Maps.
Step2: To open a Guide, tap its cover. To view its contents, scroll down.
Step3: You can also do the following:
- Save the Guide: Scroll to the top of the guide, then tap the Save Guide button. It’s saved in your collection of My Guides. See Organize places in My Guides.
- Share the Guide: Scroll to the top of the Guide, tap the Share button, then choose an option.
- Add a destination to My Guides: Tap the Add button, then select one of your guides.
Step4: To Close the Guide-Tap the Close button.
