How to report traffic incidents in maps:

Report traffic incidents by doing:

1. Use Siri: Say something like:

  • “Report an accident”
  • “There’s something on the road”
  • “There’s a speed check here”

2. Or without asking Siri, you can do the following:

  • When following the turn-by-turn driving directions: Tap the route card at the bottom of the screen, tap Report an Incident, then choose an option.
  • When not following directions: Tap your picture or initials next to the search field, then tap Reports, tap Report an Incident, then choose an option.
    • If you don’t see your picture or initials, tap Cancel next to the search field, or tap the search field, then tap Cancel.
