Apple iOS 15 tips and tricks: How to send and receive photos or videos in messages on iPhone
The Messages app allows you to send text messages as SMS and MMS messages through your cellular service to your contacts. It also helps you to send photos, videos, and audio messages using iMessage or your SMS/MMS service. In this article, we will tell you how you can send a photo or video in messages on your iPhone.

What is the Message app?
The Message app is an instant messaging service developed by Apple Inc. to send text messages over cellular service to people available on your contact list. You can send photos, videos, and other info to your contacts. You can also personalize your messages with animated effects, Memoji stickers, iMessage apps, and more.
How to send photos or videos in messages:
Step1: In Messages, do any of the following while writing a message:

- Take a photo within Messages: Tap the Camera button, frame the shot in the viewfinder, then tap the Take Picture button.
- Take a video within Messages: Tap the Camera button, choose Video mode, then tap the Record Video button.
- Choose an existing photo or video: Tap the Photos button to see recent shots, then swipe up to search or browse through all photos and albums. If multiple photos or videos are selected, a number indicates in which order they’ll be sent.
Step2: Tap the Send button to send your message or the Remove Photo button to cancel.

- If you receive multiple photos at the same time, they’re automatically grouped into a collage (2-3 photos) or a photo stack (4+ photos). You can swipe through a photo stack to view, reply, or interact with each photo individually.
Step 3: To save a photo, tap the the Save button next to the photo or collection of photos.
