How to rate music in the library:
Step 1:Go to Settings, and tap Music.
Step 2: Turn on Show Star Ratings.
Step 3: In the Music app, touch and hold a song in your library.
Step 4: Then tap Rate Song, then choose a rating from one to five stars.
