How to hide music from Followers:
Step 1: In the Music app, tap Listen Now, then tap the My Account button or your profile picture.
Step 2: Tap View Profile.
Step 3: Touch and hold the playlist or album (below Listening To).
Step 4: Tap Hide from Profile.
