The Samsung Galaxy S22 series allows you to create folders in the Home and Apps screen. Creating folders helps you to gather similar apps in a folder and then later lets you quickly access and launch apps.
How to create and edit a folder:
Step 1: On the Home screen or the Apps screen, tap and hold an app.
Step 2: Then drag the app over another app.
- A new folder containing the selected apps will be created.
Step 3: Then tap Folder name and enter a name.
After creating a folder choose from the following options to edit:
- Adding more apps:
- Tap on the folder. Tick the apps to add and tap Done. You can also add an app by dragging it to the folder.
2. Moving apps from a folder:
- Tap and hold an app to drag it to a new location.
3. Deleting a folder:
- Tap and hold a folder, and then tap Delete folder. Only the folder will be deleted. The folder’s apps will be relocated to the Apps screen
