What is a Screen recorder?
A screen recorder is a feature that allows you to make a screen recording video easily without having to download any external applications on your smartphone. You can start screen recording by tapping the Screen record icon on your smartphone’s Quick panel.
How to use the Screen record:
Step 1: Open the notification panel, swipe downwards, and then tap (Screen recorder) to activate it.
Step 2: Then select a sound setting and tap start recording.
- After a countdown, the recording will start and you will be able to do the following:

- To write or draw on the screen, tap the pen icon.
- To show the S Pen pointer on the screen, tap the cursor icon. You can use this feature only when the S Pen is detached from the device. (Galaxy S22 Ultra)
- To record the screen with a video overlay of yourself, tap the man icon.

Step 3: When you are finished recording the video, tap the stop button.
- Then you can view the video on the gallery.
