It allows you set fitness goals, check your progress, and keep track of your overall wellness and fitness in a single app. Samsung Health comes loaded with a wide variety of exercises that can be tracked to calculate the number of calories you’ve burnt. It also allows you to compare your records with other Samsung Health users so that you can view better health tips.

What is Samsung Health? Samsung Health is an app that helps you track your activity, nutrition, and sleep, and delivers insights based on your progress. And allows you to share your progress with other people and access activity programs to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.

How to add an exercise in the Samsung Health app.

Step 1: On your Samsung Galaxy S22 series smartphone, Open the Samsung Health app. Then in the Samsung Health app Tap the List icon in the Exercise section.

Step 2: After that in the exercise list, tap Add workouts to select from the full list of exercises.Step 3: Then tap the three dots in the top right corner of your device and Tap Enter data.

Step 4: Then enter the Start time and Duration of the exercise, as well as any images or notes you would like to add, and tap Save
