Samsung’s Health app helps you to manage your wellness and fitness on your smartphone. It allows you set fitness goals, check your progress, and keep track of your overall wellness and fitness in a single app. Samsung Health comes loaded with a wide variety of exercises that can be tracked to calculate the number of calories you’ve burnt. It also allows you to compare your records with other Samsung Health users so that you can view better health tips.
In this article, we will tell you how you can track your exercise record in the Health app on your Samsung Galaxy S22 series smartphone.

What is Samsung Health? Samsung Health is an app that helps you track your activity, nutrition, and sleep, and delivers insights based on your progress. And allows you to share your progress with other people and access activity programs to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
How to track your exercise record:
Step 1: On your Samsung Galaxy S22 series smartphone, Open the Samsung Health app. Then in the Samsung Health app Tap the List icon in the Exercise section.
Step 2: After that Select the exercise you would like to do from the exercise list.
Step 3: After selecting your exercise Set a target for your exercise by tapping the down arrow towards the bottom of the screen. If you don’t want a target, select No target.
Step 4: Then to start recording your workout, tap the Start button.
Step 5: Then tap the lock icon to save power and prevent accidental touches of your device.
Step 6: Then Slide the lock icon right to unlock your device.
Step 7: To pause your workout tap Pause and to end your workout tap Finish.
After that, a breakdown of your workout will be displayed. Tap Images or Notes to add more details about your workout.
