How to view your previous exercise record in Samsung Health:

Step 1: On your device, open the Samsung Health app and Tap the Exercise section.

Step 2: Then in the exercise section, Scroll up or down to view previous workouts, grouped by date.

Step 3: You can also change the view to see only particular exercises by tapping the down arrow next to All exercises.

Step 4: Then tap the calendar icon to search for exercises on particular days or months.

Step 5: Then tap on a workout to view more details about it and to share it with other people (by tapping on the share icon in the top right corner).
