Samsung DeX is a service that allows you to use your tablet like a computer by connecting the tablet to an external display, such as a TV or monitor, or a computer. Then helps you to accomplish tasks you want to be done on your tablet quickly and easily on a large screen using a keyboard and mouse. While using Samsung DeX, it also allows you to simultaneously use your tablet.

How to enable Samsung DeX with Keyboard cover:

• You can use your tablet like a computer by connecting the Keyboard Cover. Attach the device’s keyboard dock port so that it connects to the Keyboard Cover’s connector. Then a notification will appear on your tablet’s screen asking to start the DeX mode, then tap Start, and the Samsung DeX screen will appear.
• To set the device to switch to Samsung DeX automatically when connecting the
  Keyboard Cover, launch the Settings app, tap Advanced features → Samsung DeX, and then tap the Autostart when Book Cover Keyboard is connected switch to activate it.
