What are Silent and DND timers? Silent and DND timer is a new feature that Xiaomi has introduced in its smartphones. This feature allows you to set up a timer for the silent mode and DND mode in your device for a particular time period without worrying about your notification and calls. Because even if you forget to disable the silent or DND mode from your device. Then it will do that automatically after the timer ends.
How to enable Silent and DND timer:
Step 1: On your device, press the volume key up or down.
Step 2: Then on the volume bar tap the three-dot icon to open the volume settings.
Step 3: Then underneath the Volume bar you will find the silent button icon or DND icon. and a timer switch in front of them. You can move the timer switch left to right to set the timer for any of the modes you choose.
