Moreover, the report shows that the price of the Nvidia RTX 3090 graphics card in Germany and Austria has dropped to 2,000 euros, which also means that the card is only 20% more expensive than the current suggested retail price (1,649 euros), or more than the original recommendation. The retail price is 30% more expensive.

Historical data shows that the NVIDIA RTX 3090 reached a peak price of 3,200 euros in May 2021, dropped to 2,000 euros in August 2021, and has remained above 2,000 euros since then. Furthermore, the price of NVIDIA RTX 30 series graphics cards has continued to drop since the beginning of this year, and it is very likely to see lower prices in the next few weeks.

In addition, the Australian YouTube channel HardwareUnboxed reported that the price of the Asus RTX 3080 TUF was reduced by 35% in just one day, from AUD 2,299 to AUD 1,499. A report from Wccftech says Nvidia has informed its AIC partners that prices for certain GPUs are about to drop by 8% to 12%.
